NYSERDA offers objective information and analysis, innovative programs, technical expertise, and support to help New Yorkers increase energy efficiency, save money, use renewable energy, and reduce reliance on fossil fuels.
CPACE-Commercial property-assessed clean energy is a financing structure in which building owners borrow money for energy efficiency, renewable energy, or other projects and make repayments via an assessment on their proporty tax bill.
Among many different utilites incentives, FlexTech (Flexible Technical Assistance) is one of the programs NYSERDA offers. The FlexTech program shares the cost to produce an objective, site-specific, and targeted study on how best to implement clean energy and/or energy effiency technologies.
