Fiscal Advocates

In our role we serve as your fiscal advocate to do whatever we can to research, apply for, and secure whatever funds may be available through grants, rebates, and other funding sources. We also use our financial expertise to make sure lenders are working in concert with our client’s goals and providers of services, such as engineering and construction, deliver their scope in line with the monies spent.

Healthy Environments​

Our team of experts is focused on making sure the living environment we help our clients create is done with a goal of making it healthier for both the occupants and the surrounding community. This is done by studying the current facility and then aiming for creating the healthiest possible outcome. Creating a healthy environment requires a deep understanding of technological solutions, environmental trends, and end user needs.

For over 30 years the CP Energy team has worked with schools across New York to plan and implement their upgrades. The CP Energy team brings decades of experience on energy efficiency programs and clean heating and cooling projects.

Our Green Schools Project Advisors are experts in working with administrators on understanding their capital project needs and then designing programs to meet their requirements and expectations. Our team has completed many projects where the New York State agency for Clean Green Schools, the New York State Energy Research & Development Authority (NYSERDA) has provided funding. We know what types of programs are funded, we know how to secure those funds, and we know how to use those funds to achieve maximum energy efficiency
